A. Get a box, and a three jacks.
B. Get a SPDT switch suitable for stomp-box use.
C. Mechanically mount the jacks and the switch in the box.
D. Wire one jack to the common terminal of the switch.
E. Wire the two other jacks to the other two switch terminals, one jack to
each terminal.
F. Close up the box. Enjoy.
