Rod Piazza Pictures

Last July, I went down to the late great Chicago Blues in NYC to see Rod Piazza. Rod is one of the reasons that there is a JT-30 page. His interest in modifying JT-30 microphones got me hooked. I sent him a 1960's JT-30 around 1993 and he added a volume control and standard amphenol connector. Since then that JT-30 has been my best mic.

My brother, Larry, took the pictures, but used the wrong exposure. I've tried my best to improve the image quality, but they are all a little washed out.

Here are some nice closeups. Click on an image to see a larger version.

Here's some nice family album shots of Rod and Honey.

Here's a couple of the band. Rod is hard to see because he is standing outside the lights, he also has a deep tan.

This is a goofy webmaster annoying Rod.

Buy the Book!

I cleaned up my tab for Sonny Boy's Help Me and made it into a short book. There's a Kindle version for 99 cents, and if you buy the paperback you get the Kindle free.
