Q: Should I soak my harp?

A: No, no, no! Soaking is very bad for your harps, especially for wooden bodied harps. It might make them more airtight for awhile, but it damages them in he long run. Never ever soak a chromatic harmonica! --BB

Never is a strong word; if your harps get wet, they will not die, the issue is swelling of the wooden comb, which can actually create more problems than it solves, and corrosion of the metal reed plates, reeds themselves or cover plates, which is not particularly good -- HA
