This April 13th Saturday, I am sponsoring and co hosting a seminar in NJ with the multi talented Harmonica Pioneer HOWARD LEVY. I have reserved a cool room at the Kenilworth Inn in NJ and have booked an accompaniest to assist us in this seminar for ALL harmonica players of
any style. The seminar will run from 2-5pm and the cost including refreshments etc...is $55.00

Howard's approach is NOT just a workshop on 'Overblowing' in fact you don't need to overblow to take this class. Howard has a unique approach to music and the harmonica, I have taken several of his classes and have incorporated much of his techniques into playing and teaching methods.

The New Jersey Shore Blues and Jazz Society and others are sponsoring a benefit to aid folks in "Need" since the September 11th tragedy in our area. It will be called "Harpin' Help" and will be held on 4/14 (Sunday) at the legendary "Stone Pony club" in Asbury Park. This is where Springsteen and Southside Johnny used to play back in the 70's.

Sandy Mack a talented singer-harp player is putting together a fine line up of Harmonica talent and has even send out invite to Southside Johnny, John Popper and The Boss...all NEW JERSEY harp players.

I've been asked to perform a set as well as Nighthawks Harpist: Mark Wenner also Ken "Stringbean" Sorenson and Howard Levy and Ryan Hartt.

The monies raised will be well spent on "Families" and Victims in need!!!!

Since Howard Levy will be in town, I've decided to co-host a seminar in Central Jersey with Howard. I've attended several of his classes in the past. Whether you've been playin' 3 months or 30 yrs...there is always plenty to learn at one of Howard's seminars! It will be held on:
